Returns & Exchanges
At NAHAR WINTHER, you can return items for store credit, exchange (size or product), or a full refund. To be eligible, your return must meet the following requirements:

The item must be unworn and in its original condition with all tags attached.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be free from stains, marks, or odors (including deodorant, perfume, detergent, or body odor).
Return Costs

All standard return costs are covered by the customer.

For exchanges of size or product, the customer also covers the cost of the new shipment.

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Faulty Items
Faulty or incorrect items will be reviewed by our team once submitted through the returns portal. If approved, we will cover the return shipping and arrange a solution (exchange or refund).
Conditions
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above requirements or are sent back outside the return period. In such cases, the package will be returned to the sender, and any shipping costs will not be covered by us.
